Throughout election year, the Trump Campaign expressed interest in Hillary Clinton's private email server and whether - as reported by media - approximately 30,000 emails from that server had in fact been permanently destroyed. [Clinton had used her private/personal server while serving as Secretary of State.] Individuals associated with the Campaign were contacted about various efforts to obtain the missing Clinton emails and other stolen material,. The Office did not find evidence that the Trump Campaign recovered any such Clinton emails.

The explanation for the term 'Loose Collusion' was detailed in the comment section of this post - Progress On The Investigation of Alleged Conspiracy With Rssuia in Election Scandal. Reiterated here is a short summary. According to the Mueller Report, he based his decision on the framework of the crime of Conspiracy, the term Collusion was not anywhere in the federal criminal code; he cited from three law dictionary the definition for Collusion, they are essentially the synonyms of Conspiracy. Loose Collusion was applied to differentiate criminal Conspiracy/Collusion from the non-criminal notion of collusion. the reason I did not use the word 'non-criminal collusion' is because I personally believed the statute criminal code are not ultimate; they could be subject to change in their stringency for the standard of a Crime and they could also be varied among different parts of the world. The Liar-in-chief’s lies can be grouped into three categories. Straight-out lies are those that go against Facts. Inflated Lies are those that inflated the Facts or contradict his Conducts, particularly when the intent was for self-bragging, self-grandiose. Accusation lies are those that attack other Person’s intent and motive. For example, after witnesses turned their back against him or started to cooperate with the government, Individual 45 would typically attack them on their intent such as “I did not offer him the job he wanted” “I did not grant the pardon he was seeking”. He has no hesitation on attacking any investigators, politicians, federal officers, media or other individual when either they had opposed his policy or criticized his personal characterization and they appears to follow a similar discernible pattern that in effect self-proving themselves as lies.

Introduction

Independent Special Counsel is the only position within Department of Justice (DOJ) that can investigate federal officials independent of the White House and the President. FBI in the DOJ is not independent. Donald Trump fired FBI director James Comey (May, 17) and now he fired DOJ head - Attorney General Jeff Sessions (Nov, 18) shortly after (the next day of) the Midterm Election after Democrats became the Majority in the House. It is widely believed and it is actually evident (author's - my view) that Donald Trump has been trying to obstruct the investigation during all the process of the investigation into his alleged collusion with Russia in interfering the presidential election.
