The Crime Did Not End At Squaw Valley

Since August last year, Individual 45 (Donald Trump) fractured my femur bone, Crimes did not end at Squaw Valley. In addition to the continued manipulation on my leg I had described in the open letter to FBI victim specialist, here is a list of the crimes individual 45 committed from between Sep, last year till the time this letter were sent out:

• 10/19/18: He broke my nose by pushing me off the walker I sat at the midnight mission (a shelter located in Los Angeles). The nose was seriously injured with bleeding and a terrible look. But the photo I took appeared to be manipulated that the injury did not look as terrible as in reality
• Approximately between Sep - Dec, last year: (I forgot the exact time), He made the abrasion filling material on the right molar tooth fell off.
• December last year: individual 45 burned and [perhaps permanently] damaged my skin on my left calf muscle as a result of cellulitis. The cellulitis and swelling have never recovered since
• Earlier this year: Individual 45 hired mob (or organized crime) broke into my storage unit located at San Gabriel, California and racked everything and took away all valuables including documents (ID, passport), photo (electronic), prescription glasses that had no value to other people. 
• At the approximate same timeframe, all my financial accounts were extensively hacked and money being stolen - majority of which/loss were blocked by the respective financial institutions, resulting in a consequence that I could not hold credit card and debit cards. 
• July this year, individual hired mob stole my purse which contain $199 cash, transit tap card, IDs, copies of ID, and receipts.
• 10/3/19 individual 45 hired mob distributed counterfeit $100 currency.

A Remote ‘Dental Procedure’ Outside The Dental Clinic

On 10/10/19, Individual 45 committed another nonrecoverable physical body damage crime deploying similar ‘invisible weapon’ he used to fracture my femur bone. He removed my left top molar tooth. Some of the Awaring Public Eye might not notice or discover at the time the Crime occurred. But this timing was not relevant. He had planned for this long time ago.

When I said “timing is irrelevant, he planned this long time ago”, I provide my interpretation: As time goes on, after almost more than a year of recovery, the effect of the femur bone fracture started to fade and expire. He desperately was seeking a replacement that he wanted to sustain that very expectation in everyone’s mind that his threat (death threat, rape threat, physical body damage threat) are Not Empty Threats.

Individual 45’s Crimes Were Not Committed In The Dark

Modern technology has made it possible that criminals could not commit the crime in the dark. Since my femur bone was fractured (even before that time), many Awaring Public Eye are/were tracking what is going on with me. These crimes are being witnessed. The evidence for these crimes were as real, as substantial, as factual as what we refer to as “the proof” 30 years ago. There are no ‘Reasonable Doubt’ issue, no ‘Probable Cause’ issue.

The DOJ’s Rule [‘a sitting president could not be indicted] Does Not Apply To Individual 45

• The Crimes threaten the very safety of our civil community
• The Crimes were not white collar, political, they are mob crimes
• To deploy undisclosed ‘invisible weapon’ [to abuse that power] to harm citizen’s physical body were the very Crimes against All Humanity - against the fundamental principle that govern any social order - our inalienable rights to Life, Liberty and Happiness.

These Crimes Are Evidence That Individual 45’s Many ‘Shocking Remarks’ Are No Joke

I recently discovered some of the individual 45’s remarks as ‘shocking’:

• “I can (or if I) shoot somebody on the fifth street, I will not lose my voters” or in effect: “I can get away with it.”
• “Mueller stole my presidency by his Russia investigation, my term is 6 years”
• [context at a rally] his response to one voter who shouted “elect another 4 years”. Individual 45 responded: “elect another 4 years, not just 4 years, but another 8 years, another 16 years”

Did individual 45 not know the Constitution on the terms a president could be reelected?
Did he not know the precedence set by the founder of this country George Washington?
Did he not know how hard a Constitution article can be amended?

The crimes I logged in my Daily Log have proved who was the Culprit. It will continue to prove that these shocking claims are No Jokes. He is holding/held the Constitution in contempt - very pillar for this country’s long term peace and prosperity. He put himself above the law. No One can be above the Law.

DOJ’s Rule [‘a sitting president can not be indicted]’ Need to Be Abandoned On Trump Case

Because this rule can only stimulate /provoke him onto a path of ‘suicidal ultimate craziness’. Because he knew once he lost the power, he would become ‘nothing’ [he would become even ‘less than nothing, he not only might subject to the indictment for obstruction of justice in the Mueller Report, he might also be subject to the indictment for many of his other crimes. He would risk everything he can to hold onto that power even if he lost the re-election.

Republican Is Now At the Crossroad, Confronting a Crisis

Only through getting rid of the ‘harmful weed’, eliminating the Evil from within the Republican Party, can Republican Party have a ‘Tomorrow". The White House is on a path of becoming the Black Mob House. The crimes identified in these reports are nonpartisan. There were no ideology divide in these crimes. Internal friction from the partisan fight for the sake of power can only weaken this country. Only through Unity, can this country confront any threat from within and without (outside).

Impulsive Decision Making Is A Dangerous Sign

When I concluded his crime decision at the Squaw Valley was impulsive, for that crime, his plausible deniability perhaps was the absence at the crime scene and the invisible weapon. Impulsive decision making is a dangerous sign. He has the potential to create Disasters that could affect millions of people, particularly if he can seize the power and believe no one can block him.

This dental crime may not be impulsive. While he is incompetent in copying Putin’s political manuver, he did learn the plausible deniability - he knew I have a history of gum disease. But my last dental X-ray was on 9/20/19 at a routine dental cleaning procedure. No pain ever felt. No dentist indicate my tooth was shaky. Natural tooth fall off should come with no pain. But this incident was not. One of the dentists had only advised (time forgotten - years ago) me to remove the wisdom tooth if I wanted to, because it might push the nearby tooth to dug out (this did not happen). There had never a dentist who had advised me to remove the tooth or I am at a risk of a falling tooth. [Did individual 45 manipulate the tooth-tooth interaction while I was chewing? I am not very sure. Because it was invisible to the outsider, I usually is/was silent].

FBI Has The Authority For Forensic Analysis

Because of the nature of this crime (remote, invisible weapon), local police department (detective) are not equipped to investigate it. The fallen tooth may already being modified. Forensic analysis (lab examinations) should be done to find out the condition prior to the fall off before that very tooth ‘disappear’. Only FBI within the DOJ has the authority and are equipped to perform a forensic analysis and investigation.

This Dental Crime Is A Vicious Obstruction of Justice Crime - Witness Tampering

This dental crime is simultaneously an Obstruction of Justice Crime - Witness Tamper. It goes outside the boundary of the crime that excused can seize the opportunity. This is the very narrow definition of obstruction of justice - witness tampering, because he perceived a pending (or contemplated) official proceeding (no matter in what branch of the government). A day before the crime, because of the cyber crime Individual 45 did on my cell phone recently. I brought out the civil case cover sheet form (federal) and studied it at a Mall and mentioned that I am going to file a complaint.

I Have a Dream

Since last year shortly after the bone fracture crime, I started to presume I am a terminal cancer patient [due to individual 45”s manipulation of the dense tissue on my body parts]. I have successfully managed my stress; and that I have/had no fear (I am fearless) not only in the past, but also for the rest of my life. Because there is always a Spirit Being residing deeply inside my physical body and it sits above my physical body who kept urging me to take action. That largely explained many of my decisions and behavior since then.

I have a dream: One day, the Republicans can join the impeachment movement, promoting a grand cause that surpasses the partisan divide to bring Humanity to an Environment that is safe, peaceful and prosperous.
