Grounds To Impeach Donald Trump: Other Miscellaneous

Undermining the Freedom of Press

(violate First Amendment of the Constitution)

According to article of impeachment by Steven Cohen (D-TN): Donald Trump has engaged in activities that undermine the freedom of the press guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution. Donald J. Trump repeatedly called press organizations “fake news” including  @MSNBC @nytimes, @NBCNews, @ABC, @CBS, @CNN.

Environmental protection and climate change

  • Withdrawal from Paris Accord
  • Recent Ignorance on environmental protection and climate change

Habitually Using MOB TACTICS

to try to address disagreement and debates between other branches of government

  • threatening explosive package mail to Democrats before midterm election
  • threaten Michael Cohen's family that his testify hearing (Russia investigation) was postponed
  • forced a partial government shutdown into a month now at the expense of 800,000 federal employee's salary, and at the expense of economy with no compassion just in order to fulfill a campaign promise. But that promise is to have the Mexican to pay the Wall, even though he might know that the drug smuggling are being delivered into the USA border through commercial airline or hiding in the vehicle only Hi-tech can detect instead of US-Mexico border.
  • tried to threat another national emergency that does not meet the criteria for an emergency and that is a self-imposed crisis only to usurp the power from Congress, and set the path toward his Dictatorship

Trump Campaign's Efforts to Obtain Deleted Clinton Emails

Throughout election year, the Trump Campaign expressed interest in Hillary Clinton's private email server and whether - as reported by media - approximately 30,000 emails from that server had in fact been permanently destroyed. [Clinton had used her private/personal server while serving as Secretary of State.] Individuals associated with the Campaign were contacted about various efforts to obtain the missing Clinton emails and other stolen material,. The Office did not find evidence that the Trump Campaign recovered any such Clinton emails.

Trump Campaign's Involvement in Russia's Social Media Campaign

Interactions and Contacts with the Trump Campaign in Russia's Social Media Campaign

Connections between the IRA and Trump Campaign were identified but not with Clinton Campaign. On multiple occasions, members and surrogates of the Trump Campaign promoted-typically by linking, re-tweeting, or similar methods of reposting pro-Trump or anti-Clinton content/disinformation published by the IRA through IRA-controlled social media accounts. In a few instances, IRA employees represented themselves as U.S. persons to communicate with Trump Campaign to seek their participation on IRA-organized political rallies. [see detail next]

(Loose) Collusion between Trump Campaign And Russia

Loose Collusion - Terminology

The explanation for the term 'Loose Collusion' was detailed in the comment section of this post - Progress On The Investigation of Alleged Conspiracy With Rssuia in Election Scandal. Reiterated here is a short summary. According to the Mueller Report, he based his decision on the framework of the crime of Conspiracy, the term Collusion was not anywhere in the federal criminal code; he cited from three law dictionary the definition for Collusion, they are essentially the synonyms of Conspiracy. Loose Collusion was applied to differentiate criminal Conspiracy/Collusion from the non-criminal notion of collusion. the reason I did not use the word 'non-criminal collusion' is because I personally believed the statute criminal code are not ultimate; they could be subject to change in their stringency for the standard of a Crime and they could also be varied among different parts of the world. What is mattered to me more than the Coding is the fundamental principle of the Concept of Justice underlying the Code that will guide me in the Truth Hunt.
