(Loose) Collusion between Trump Campaign And Russia

Loose Collusion - Terminology

The explanation for the term 'Loose Collusion' was detailed in the comment section of this post - Progress On The Investigation of Alleged Conspiracy With Rssuia in Election Scandal. Reiterated here is a short summary. According to the Mueller Report, he based his decision on the framework of the crime of Conspiracy, the term Collusion was not anywhere in the federal criminal code; he cited from three law dictionary the definition for Collusion, they are essentially the synonyms of Conspiracy. Loose Collusion was applied to differentiate criminal Conspiracy/Collusion from the non-criminal notion of collusion. the reason I did not use the word 'non-criminal collusion' is because I personally believed the statute criminal code are not ultimate; they could be subject to change in their stringency for the standard of a Crime and they could also be varied among different parts of the world. What is mattered to me more than the Coding is the fundamental principle of the Concept of Justice underlying the Code that will guide me in the Truth Hunt.

Evidence Implicate or Indicate Loose Collusion

Reiterated Summary

Paul Manafort's Contacts with Russia through Kilimnik

Paul Manafort, shared with the Russian operative, Kilimnik, the campaign strategy for winning Democratic votes in Midwestern states and internal polling data of the campaign.

Trump Campaign's Involvement In Russia's Social Media Campaign

Trump Campaign also involved in Russia's Social Media Campaign, although they unwittingly shared those disinformation created by IRA without knowing those social media accounts were controlled by IRA. But the way they promoted those disinformation without careful scrutiny for its credibility implies that even if they were to know who was behind those social media accounts, they would do the same thing - to accept and spread those disinformation.

Trump Campaign's Response To Reports About Russian Support for Trump

[Hong Gan's notes] On Campaign's Response: Mueller wrote the summary on - Campaign's Response to Reports about Russian Support for Trump - was to provide the Context and Background to narrate and explain Individual 45's obstruction of justice conducts. Because this information not only described that Trump Campaign Accepted the Offer from Russia but also showed their attempts to Cover Up later on. That fact alone implicates Loose Collusion. Therefore I listed and added a link to that area of the Mueller Report here. There were some overlap between this part of the information and the information in Dissemination of the Hacked Material

Other

Cover Up Attempts of the Trump Campaign
(Mueller Report and/or Mueller's Congressional Testimony)

Lies of Trump Campaign
  • National Advisor Flynn lied about discussions with a Russian ambassador related to sanctions.
  • Senior foreign policy advisor (Campaign period) George Papadopoulos lied to the FBI about his communications about Russia's possession of dirt on Hillary Clinton.
  • Campaign chairman Paul Manafort lied about meetings that he had with someone with ties to Russian intelligence (Konstantin Kilimnik).
Evidence Destruction
  • Mueller's investigation was hampered by Trump campaign official's use of encryption communications. (Mueller Congressinal Testimony: from questions by Swalwell)
  • Mueller's investigation was hampered by deletion of electronic messages (Mueller Congressinal Testimony: from questions by Swalwell)
    • Deputy campaign manager Rick Gates who shared internal campaign polling data with the person with ties to Russian intelligence at the direction of Manafort that Mr. Gates deleted those communications on a daily basis (Mueller Report p136)

Contacts with Trump Campaign through GRU's online fictitious persona
Guccifer (reference to this post)

GRU used the persona to contact with [name was Blacked Out], a former Trump Campaign member. [Black Out: HOM].
  • In 8/x/16: Guccifer twitter account was suspended but was reinstated. Guccifer twitter account was used to send DM (direct private message) - "thank u for writing back ... do u find anyt[h]ing interesting in the docs i posted?".
  • 8/17/16: the GRU added, "please tell me if i can help u anyhow . .."
  • 9/9/16 [referring to a stolen DCCC document posted online] "what do u think of the info on the turnout model for the democrats entire presidential campaign." Trump Campaign [name Blacked Out] responded, "pretty standard."
[No additional communication was identified by the Office]
