Loose Collusion was applied to differentiate criminal Conspiracy/Collusion from the non-criminal notion of collusion. the reason I did not use the word 'non-criminal collusion' is because I personally believed the statute criminal code are not ultimate; they could be subject to change in their stringency for the standard of a Crime and they could also be varied among different parts of the world. What is mattered to me more than the Coding is the fundamental principle of the Concept of Justice underlying the Code that will guide me in the Truth Hunt.

• 8/17/16: the GRU added, "please tell me if i can help u anyhow . .."
• 9/9/16 [referring to a stolen DCCC document posted online] "what do u think of the info on the turnout model for the democrats entire presidential campaign." Trump Campaign [name Blacked Out] responded, "pretty standard."
