I am writing this letter to raise a Question - my Question about a potential criminal case in which I am a victim. The document I attached in this open letter describes a heinous crime committed by Individual 45 (a designation I used to refer to Donald Trump). But before I am trying to seek answers of my Question as a victim. I want to speak to you about a Supreme Court case ruling on the border wall funding.
My gut common sense was/is telling me this override ruling to overturn the district or circuit court decision is Constitutionally Wrong. This override ruling itself is Unconstitutional. It sets the precedent which enters the Common Law Tradition for federal courts to follow or to refer which legitimize a FAKE National Emergency Declaration in effect.
Donald Trump, ‘in the first place’ was illegal by Declaring a Fake National Emergency after he was refused by Congress of his demand on the funding to build a Wall at the US-Mexico border. Which was an abuse of the Executive Power to weaponize the National Emergency Power and use it as part of his toolboxes merely to advance his personal selfish interests rather than to advance the national interest. His only motive/rationale for declaring such a FAKE national emergency was to fulfill a campaign promise to increase his bid for the 2020 election. But that campaign promise was to have Mexico to pay off the border wall not using taxpayer dollars; therefore his motive for declaring such a Fake National Emergency was only to advance his personal interest to go around Congress. Such attempts - to re-route the military funding and divest it to the border wall - constituted an invasion of the appropriation power of the Congress attributed by the Constitution.
Therefore, there was a precondition to review and decide on this funding divest case - that is the ruling - Is the Fake National Emergency Declaration Fake or Not Fake. This is a constitutional issue, it lies deeply in the fundamental constitutional principle that our elected Executive who shall faithfully execute the law and who shall be prohibited to abuse the power to advance their personal interests out of a corrupt intent.
Our government is the government of the People, by the People, and for the People. Whenever, We the People perceived the Supreme Court’s overriding ruling itself was unconstitutional and was wrong and is a ruling triggers an alarming sign that for whatever reason because of whatever new challenges the government faces, the very Independence and the Integrity of our judicial branch of the government and the fundamental principle of our Constitution - separation and check of power between the different branches of the government - was being undermined and compromised, We the People is not going to sit silent. We the People want a REFERENDUM - (though not on any legislation or propositions) on the very Precedence which entered the sphere as a Common Law. We the People are seeking a veto power on Wrong And Unconstitutional court ruling.
Brett Kavanaugh, the first time I heard about your name was at a place I happened to see the live broadcasting of your confirmation hearing. Here in this letter I am going to let you know how I felt about your statements and defense. Actually I am not very minding the alleged sexual assault which occurred 35 years ago when you were a teen. What I am not feeling comfortable and suspicious of is the way you defended and proved your Absence at the Crime Scene - mainly- your calendar. Perhaps the FBI could not find anything for the alleged accusation 35 years; perhaps FBI had no way to authenticate your calendar, but from the information I received recently from the public. (I have no time to research on those information); I was told you lied and you committed perjury. If those allegations are true. If you keep practicing reciprocal favoritism; keep holding your loyalty to Individual 45 rather than to the country, We the People want to impeach you if those crimes described by the public are true.
Now I want to introduce my case to you and I am seeking answers for questions that I could not fully explain as I had explained in this open letter - the Crime Did Not End at Squaw Valley - both the time and legal knowledge are not on my side. Beside consulting public information on the net or in books, I wrote open letters to raise my questions and seeking answers. Now I want to ask, the Crime described in the attachment is or is not a crime; Was our civil community safety was being threatened; Should the Executives be prohibited to use the invisible weapon to commit crimes on civilian citizen; Should other branches of the government being informed about the invisibility of the weapon and the potential risk for its being misused, (Should we investigate the very existence of the invisible weapon and how it can be deployed); Was the evidence presented in the document EVIDENT out of its own right; Was the Crimes logged in my Daily Log on my website random, separate crimes; Is what was happening to me as described in my Daily Log internally coherent and against the probability law that they are not natural incidences but all planned crimes. Why such case which threatened the fundamental rights to Life, Liberty and Property/Pursuit of happiness of Our Humanity could not enter the criminal justice system and victim was almost everyday subjected to implicit death or physical damage threat. Does my case IN EFFECT created an imbalance of Power between the different branches of the government and between the citizen and the Culprit. Shall such a culprit with access to invisible weapon be protected by the due process of our criminal justice system which was enacted to protect ordinary people who were vulnerable to law enforcement police brutality; Should we weigh the benefit and cost when we enact DOJ rules; Is it legitimate to monitor citizen email intercept citizen phone communications in the era of anti-terrorism after 911 which during peace time they are illegal and are violations of citizen’s rights to privacy - because the danger for not doing that and the consequence for not taking that measure was evident to every educated and informed citizen. Democracy die in the darkness. Now my case presented a new situation and a threat as urgent as anti-terrorism, it was upon every one who is living in this country to work on the issues we are facing no matter what party affiliations was.
