Open Letter: We Are On The Same Boat

William Bar (Attorney General, DOJ),

My decision to write to you started at the time I read your 4-page summary of the Mueller Report before the redacted version was released to the Public. After I read the Redacted version of the Mueller Report, [I do not understand why Congress could not have the full version and your refusal to show in the House hearing and your refusal to release the full version of the report to the Congress after they set you a date of expiration for your delay to comply with their subpoena], I believed I have to write to you about A CRIME I described in the documents I send you.

Attached to this letter is a document I compiled from my website (weimpeachdonaldtrump.wordpress.com) which described a Hate Felony Crime committed by Donald Trump. Before I tried to convey my thought on this Crime. I have to let you know how I thought about your reaction on Mueller Report.

Special Counsel’s investigation on Donald Trump was/is Independent Investigation that historically Congress had repeatedly reauthorized its independence. The report is the outcome of that independent investigation. As the Attorney General (I can not argue with you whether you are authorized to supervise this report), I believed you intentionally forced your PERSONAL OPINION onto the Report and intentionally created a CONFUSION to the pubic, instead of faithfully translate and accurately interpret Mueller's analysis and rational behind each Evidence, each Conclusion and each Prosecutorial decision. (Mueller’s report has its own summary). Not that you are not legally savvy or not know the conflict loyalty this position inherently might have - Loyalty to the law VS Loyalty to the president’s political agenda (advocate or advise legal policy making); And your press announcement of ‘NO CRIME’ immediately prior to the release of the redacted report was a compromise you did to please Individual 45. People already criticized you as acting as Individual 45’s personal lawyer- that definitely is not your role for this position. Combined with your behavior recently, there were already voices of impeachment on you (why? because you have no access of any invisible weapons). But my letter is not for that purpose. My letter is to argue with you about the Justice Department Rules which I believed you could exert an influence on such as the Rule that a sitting ‘president’ could/might not be indicted..

Why we enact statutes, regulations, rules at first place? At their inception, statutes or bills are introduced to solve a problem, confront a challenge, to adjust to a changing circumstances.
And Now the CRIME described in this document clearly ALERT at least myself that a New situation/issue we have to confront which tipped the Balance of Power Scale toward the Executive branch and against the other branches of the government and the Civil Community - That is the threat saga now ongoing that Every Awaring Public Eye is witnessing. Therefore the weight on Cost/Benefits shifted. The cost of this rule would be more damaging which outweigh the benefit of this rule [that the sitting president’ ability to carry out his constitutional duty would not be impaired or disrupted]. When we do our job, we are not just mechanically trying to comply with the rules, applicable laws/regulations to have yourself to follow the law/rule instead of having the rule/law to follow us. [I am not saying we should not have the rule of law; in one other open letter I used word ‘subject’. I said it should be the law subject to us, no the other way that we subject to the law].]

Why we had to have a right to own guns [because government had it, police had it, there is an imbalance of power], but have we ever thought about when that amendment was enacted, did we have nuclear weapons, weapons of mass destruction, biological or chemical weapons, invisible weapon that fractured my femur bone. that Right killed Abraham Lincoln, killed Martin Luther K, and killed numerous people on the school shooting set (I am not interested in discussing this. I know Democrats and Republicans are different on this. But I have no interest in discussing partisan issues).

Why do we have due process? At the time of those amendments being enacted, the government was more powerful than the civilian, but individual 45 he now was not civilian.

The same reasoning applies to the balance of reconciliation of the conflicting loyalty scale. The Crime I describe in this document should shift this Scale toward the Loyalty to the Law, to the Country. In this Hate Mob Felony Crime, the role of the Attorney General should be apolitical. There is no presidential political agenda in The Crime I described in this document.

If the Crime I described in this document could not alert you, you still conclude - There Was NO CRIME, then the General Public would not be Enlightened either. They would not perceive the existence of such an Invisible Weapon and would not believe the word from a victim who has mental illness. Although I myself had viewed my Daily Log as Straightforward Evidence which are under the witness of the Awaring Public Eye, but I know Individual 45 still would deny every piece of it and using his resource and ’expertise of maneuver’ to lie and escape the punishment by the law just by round over the technicality of the legal Code until he became completely senile and incompetent to pronounce the word JUSTICE.

My Conclusion Is: We Are On The Same Boat - Either we drown ourselves into the HELL of the Dictatorship or We rise through working together.
