My decision to write to you started at the time I read your 4-page summary of the Mueller Report before the redacted version was released to the Public. After I read the Redacted version of the Mueller Report, [I do not understand why Congress could not have the full version and your refusal to show in the House hearing and your refusal to release the full version of the report to the Congress after they set you a date of expiration for your delay to comply with their subpoena], I believed I have to write to you about A CRIME I described in the documents I send you.

Hypothesis of The Conspiracy Scenario
The Cloud On The Alleged Conspiracy Could Not Possibly Lifted
One danger of analysis Conspiracy Scenario is the potential damage it could done to the suspect if the defendant is innocent. Scientific hypothesis, if being rejected, does no harm to the human society in general. In addition, by treatment of the Conspiracy allegation in this way might raised the concern from White House office of counsel as the Presumed guilty until proven innocent which is in contrary to the Presumed innocent until proven guilty.
