Articles of Impeachment (Stand Alone Version)

This article of impeachment was/is drafted and written by the victim Hong Gan on the grounds that Donald Trump, the now President of United State committed a mob hate Felony Crime on Aug 27, 2018 at the Squaw Valley Tram Station, Lake Tahoe. At 1:00 pm (or around 1:00 pm), before I (Hong Gan) was trying to step out one of my leg to board the Tram, a sudden extreme pain was felt as if all the muscle, tendon, joint around the right knee was ruptured apart with screaming. My right knee femur bone was fractured and since then, I could not stand and walk until after the Surgery at the Tahoe Forest Hospital.

This Felony Crime is unprecedented in the history of United States:
  • It is unprecedented that the Felony Crime committed by a President of United States is a Black Mob Crime as opposed to The White Collar Crimes or The Crimes to be deemed as Political or to be deemed as the Consequence of a wrong policy.
  • It is unprecedented that the Culprit is not at the Crime Scene due to:
  • It is unprecedented that the Weapon is only accessible to Donald Trump and is an invisible remote weapon unknown to the general public
  • It is unprecedented that such type of crime to be committed by the President of a liberal democracy country
  • It is unprecedented that such crime to be committed by a President of one of the largest liberal democracy country.

If the President who committed such a crime is not to be impeached:
  • Evidence has/had shown that the Culprit is continuing to do harm to the Victim physically and is continuing to death threaten the victim, and the people or entity who had interaction with the victim. So that the safety of our civil community will not be protected. Our inalienable constitutional rights to Life Liberty and Happen could not be guaranteed
  • It would set the precedence that a President could commit such a crime without punishment which would violate the natural law that is deemed as evident and true that All Human Beings Are Created Equal (before law)
  • That United State would not earn respect and trust on the world stage as one of the largest liberal democracy countries
  • There would be no bottom line or minimum requirement for personal integrity and moral righteousness for someone to be QUALIFIED as The President of United States.
  • Evidence also suggested that the functionality and the operation of the other branches of the government and check and balance of power would be jeopardized and/or adversely affected.
